CADNET Rebate Program
To participate in the Rebate program, publishers will be required to respond to two audits a year and provide tearsheets for the requested ads for the specific dates chosen randomly by the CADNET office. Rebate checks will be paid after each audit.

Audit responses must be received by the due date on the audit request. No rebates will be paid for audits received after that date. A publisher's rebate will be calculated as a percentage of that publisher's circulation to the total circulation in the pool.

CADNET ads must run in all editions of each participating member publication. Rebates to bi-weeky or monthly publications will be adjusted according to frequency.

Rebates are calculated as follows:
75 - 100% of ads run = 100% of Rebate
Less than 75% of ads run = 0 Rebate

Your paper should receive the tearsheet audit request for the first half of the year in late June. These rebate checks are handed out at the Fall Conference in September or mailed to publications that do not attend.

The tearsheet audit request for the 2nd half of the year is sent out in January. These rebate checks are distributed in early March.

For questions about the rebate process please contact Douglas Fry at 931.922.4171.

CADNET Publisher Information

Participation in the CADNET program is a requirement of IFPA memberhship.
Ads will be received weekly by each member and must be placed in member publications unless that publication s policy dictates otherwise. As a result of participation, the IFPA member will be enrolled in the rebate program.

Do We Have To Run All The Ads?
Member publications are required to run the CADNET ads. However, certain ads, such as selling information regarding government surplus (through directories), #900 numbers, bingo, adoption, cigarettes and stuffing envelopes, etc., may not run in all participating member papers due to individual publication's rules and policies or state regulations. In these cases the full 10 million circulation may not occur. Dividends will be calculated based on % of ads run during the audit period.
